Hara Bhara Kabab-the Raina Mirchandani way

Hara Bhara Kabab:

Ingredients:
Boiled spincah 1 cup
Boiled peas 1/2 cup
Mashed potatoes 1 cup
Ginger 2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Flour/bread crumbs

Procedure:
Blend boiled spinach and peas till smoothe paste is formed.
Mix other ingredients and flour for binding.
Heat oil on a pan
Fry on a low flame till kababs turn crispy and crusty.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
