Death By Chocolate

There are only two ingredients used in this decadently rich smoothie ; creamy milk and the best chocolate you can buy .Blended together they make the frothiest , smoothest and most deliciously chocolatey drink you will ever taste. Once you've tried this recipe, you will never view a chocolate smoothie in the same light again!!

Death by chocolate the Raina Mirchandani way


Ingredients: (makes 2 large glasses)
150g good quality chocolate
350ml cups full cream
ice cubes
chocolate curls or shavings, to serve


Procedure:
-Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a heat proof 
 bowl set over a pan of simmering water, making sure that
 the bowl does not rest in the water.
-Add 60ml/4tbsp of milk and leave until the chocolate melts,
 stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
-Remove the bowl from the heat, pour the remaining milk
 over the chocolate and stir to combine
-Pour the mixture into a blender or food processor and blend
 until frothy.Pour into glasses,add ice and chocolate curls or
 shavings,then serve
